Membership / Monthly Donations
To support Save A Life through a recurring donation or membership, we collect the following personal information:

- Phone number

- Email address
Save A Life uses external data processors that comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to handle member registrations and payments securely.
When you sign up as a member or monthly donor, you are registered directly with our data processor Donorbox. After registration, you will receive an email from Donorbox allowing you to create an account where you can manage your donations, view payment history, or cancel your subscription at any time.

For payment processing, we use Stripe. Stripe complies with the GDPR, and your payment information is transferred via encrypted SSL connections. Neither Save A Life nor Donorbox has access to your credit card details—only Stripe processes this information.
We always collect personal information with your explicit consent, and you are informed about what data we collect and why.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties. Your data is retained unless you cancel your subscription through Donorbox or request deletion by contacting us in writing.
One-Time Donations
To make a one-time donation to Save A Life, we collect the following information:

Donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers that comply with GDPR standards. All payment data is transmitted via encrypted SSL connections, and Save A Life does not have access to your payment card details.
Contact Forms
If you contact us via a form on our website, we collect:

Messages sent through our contact forms are emailed directly to Save A Life’s internal email addresses, which only authorized persons can access. These emails are stored securely and used solely for correspondence and follow-up purposes.
